Elva Chase, BCCC, is the Founder and President of the Precious Hearts Foundation, as well as a devoted advocate and survivor of domestic abuse. She is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor with a private practice and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.

Vice President
Amber Chase, BCCC, CCLC, is a Motivational Speaker, Board-Certified Christian Counselor, and Christian Life Coach committed to inspiring and empowering others. She serves as Vice President of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Precious Hearts Foundation and is the owner of a successful marketing and design firm. Broadening her impact internationally, Amber is advancing her career as an English teacher in Thailand.

Seven Chase is a dedicated Merchant Mariner and the Treasurer of the Precious Hearts Foundation. A passionate advocate for those in need, she combines her professional expertise with her commitment to service, working tirelessly to support and uplift vulnerable communities.
Angel Price, RN, DOCS
Secretary
Angel Price is a Registered Nurse, Mother, and Director of Clinical Services for a nationwide home health company. She has devoted her life to enhancing the well-being of others, offering care that extends from improving health outcomes to providing meaningful emotional support. As the Secretary of the Precious Hearts Foundation, Angel serves as a compassionate advocate, driven by a genuine heart for helping those in need.
